Platinum Day Trade / Gold Swing Trade

1) We are not responsible for trades you make. You, and only you, are responsible for your trades. We are not responsible nor will we take responsibility for any issues that arise from your ability to receive chat, email messages, or, videos through our service. If you find you cannot get messages in a timely manner, you should NOT continue the service.

2) We may or may not own stocks mentioned. We will not trade against you, "front run" a stock, or in anyway knowingly mislead you into our ownership of a stock. If you ever have a question, you can ask us in public chat, or, email, and, if we are online and able to read your question, we will reply ASAP with whether or not we own a stock. If you use our service, you must agree that you do not expect us to be able to communicate to you with any guarantee of the information discussed. If you are looking for that kind of guarantee, we want you to cancel your membership immediately.

3) We may or may not buy stocks mentioned in our services. We may be involved in other trades, on the phone, or dealing with things in our office that make a quality trades not possible. You should not assume that we have reservations about a stock we don't own. We will NEVER recommend stocks we don't like.

4) NOTHING we recommend during the day is meant for more than an intraday trade UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. If you do not use stop/losses, sell for a profit, or, if you hold for any reason, that is your choice and not necessarily reflective of our opinion.

5) If you did not read our original comments about a stock, you SHOULD NOT make a trade. If you don't read it don't buy it. If you want our current opinion, you should ask. If you don't hear it from us in chat, and you trade a stock based on someone else's comments, you do so at your own risk.

6) We do not endorse or promote the comments of anyone else in the chat room. If you follow trades of other folks in the chat room, you do so at your own peril. We can not verify the veracity of any claim in the chat room, we can not speak for anyone in the chat room, we cannot give you guidance on stocks discussed amongst traders in the chat room.

7) We may or may not be in the chat room all day. We do not guarantee any set hours during which we will be available to trade.

8) Our guidance will always err on the side of caution, capital preservation, and profitable trades. We will not accept accolades from trades that make you MORE than we would have made, nor will we accept responsibility for trades that lost more than we would have lost. Our job is to show you stocks we think will move in one direction or another, but ultimately, we are NOT responsible for what you trade or how you trade it.

9) We are not registered investment advisers, licensed brokers, or, affiliated with either. We are a bona fide, regularly- published stock commentary service, available to the general public. We do not offer any personal advice. We do not make individual suggestions with respect to your portfolio.

10) We do not take responsibility for any trade you make or do not make based on our services. Before you trade any stock based on any service, you must take all steps necessary to due proper due-diligence and ensure your level of experience and risk-tolerance fit the stock you are choosing to buy or sell.

We STRONGLY suggest you have access to "Level 2" trading through a broker like, Tradestation. We would not like to trade with "Level 1" trading in the fast-paced environment of intraday trading.
